If I could give Donna 10 stars I would, but they only allow 5 !!! I had a small reception on the patio of The Point at Rockridge a local assisted living facility. Donna was involved with the set up, and advised me on finger foods, Champagne and cider. The party was to celebrate my friends 100th Birthday. Donna was involved from the conception. Her suggestions on food were right on point. The food was exceptional, she set up and served. She made sure everyone had something to eat. The foods were fabulous. I'm still getting compliments on the food and the party. I would recommend her for ANY occasion. She made it easy and made it outstanding. Good and Plenty means exactly what it says. I would not hesitate to use her Company again.

This is the 3rd event Good and Plenty has catered for our family. Crowd sizes have ranged from 18-70. Each time the food has been delicious, beautiful and plentiful. The owner Donna is extremely flexible and easy to work with. Going forward, if she is available, I don't need to look elsewhere. I highly recommend Good and Plenty. Nina F

I worked with Donna to provide appetizers and desserts for an event at Northbrae in Berkeley. She was very easy to communicate with, both by phone and email. She had lots of suggestions, and was very patient and flexible with changes and questions. She met me at the location about 5 weeks ahead to go over the set up and plans for location of tables. Etc. She provided rentals of all the tablecloths, glasses, dishes, and silverware. On the day of the event she and her 2 helpers arrived 2 hours ahead, prepared the room, prepared the food, and had all the beverages ready to be served and food ready on time. The food was tasty, and plenty of it. Especially liked the mushroom tarts, frittata, pear salad, and lemon tartlets. I enjoyed working with Donna and I absolutely will call her if we have a need in the future.

We worked with Donna for a recent party, and everyone loved the chicken satays, the caprese skewers, the deviled eggs, etc. The presentation was perfect. My only regret is the wasps surrounded the prosciutto melon, so that didnt work out as well as the others. Besides that, the food was delicious!

Donna recently catered a "small" (70 people) garden wedding at our home, which included appetizers, lunch, and dinner (buffet-style). Donna worked with me to create a menu. As the bride and (inexperienced) wedding planner, I was so happy to rely on Donna's expertise to ensure a successful event. Donna was warm and responsive, reliable, and timely. Every single dish was delicious, and there was plenty of food, even as the wedding guests lingered into the night. Everyone raved about the scrumptious food, and many guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to! It was so great to relax and know I was in good hands with respect to the catering. I highly recommend Good & Plenty Catering!

From start to finish, Donna provided me with professional guidance and support as we prepared for my daughter's bat mitzvah. On the day of the event, Donna and her crew were incredible.They were there on time and set-up the venue with little need for assistance. The appetizers and drinks were ready to go after the service and the main meal was served perfectly on time. All of the food was delicious and available in abundance for our 90-person guest list. I hired Donna, for my birthday party of 75 people in a woodsy local park. She had catered another party for me several years ago and had been easy to get along with, food was good, and she gave me several great suggestions for use of my space. This time she went beyond the call of duty. Our first meeting was in the park and she came prepared with several different options for the food and general layout. She also had a list of issues I hadn't thought of for a park party--such as the fact that everything would need to be prepared off-site and brought in; we needed to have a water source--and it turned out there wasn't one! The bottom line is--it all worked out very well even though she had to work so much harder to make it all look seamless. And--there were no surprises--her estimate came in very reasonable, considering all the extra details she needed to deal with.
